At MangalBazaarPK, we aim to provide honest listings and quality thrift products.

✔ Return / Exchange Accepted If:

• There is a defect not shown in product pictures

• Item is damaged during shipping

• You receive the wrong product

✖ Return / Exchange Not Accepted If:

• The issue was clearly visible in pictures or mentioned in description

• Wrong size ordered by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• Normal signs of wear in thrift items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us on our official WhatsApp number within 48 hours of delivery

2. Share:

• Order Number

• Product Serial Number

• Clear images or video showing the issue

3. Our support team will verify the issue

4. Once approved, a return address will be provided

5. Ship the item back using any nearby courier service

📦 Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless the error is from our side.

💳 Refund / Exchange Timeline

• Refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

• Exchange is subject to product availability
